We created TheHRCollective because we saw a need and an opportunity to provide guidance to YOU, the entrepreneur, the start - up and the small to mid - size businesses, to build a solid foundation when it comes to your team, the people who are making your business work day to day. This is where I come in as a Co- founder of the TheHRCollective. I have worked in several different arenas that include the Auto Industry, Consumer Products, Biotechnology. The one thing that remains the same is how you create the work culture for your team by setting standards and making sure that all the communication, processes and systems are in place so that your team can thrive and be successful.
